Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through websites operated by Dimension Seven Systems LLC.

A “Client” is any natural person or legal entity who places and completes an order for a product or service offered by Dimension Seven Systems, including the DropZone Diagnostic (DZDx), via our secure online payment platform.

By purchasing, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms in full.

Article 2: Eligibility and Age Requirement

Our services are intended for professionals and business operators.

To purchase any service offered by Dimension Seven Systems, including DZDx, the Client must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

If a purchase is made by a person who does not meet these criteria, Dimension Seven Systems reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at its discretion.

Article 3: Order and Acceptance

Any order placed through a Dimension Seven Systems website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Orders are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.

Article 4: Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be modified at any time. However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

All services offered by Dimension Seven Systems are digital and/or service-based. No physical goods are shipped.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe.

Dimension Seven Systems does not store or have access to full payment card details. Payment security and encryption are the responsibility of Stripe.

Article 6: Delivery of Services

DZDx is a digital diagnostic service, not a physical product.

After purchase:

The Client will receive access to a short intake questionnaire.
The Client will schedule an intake assessment call.
The intake call serves to clarify inputs and initiate the 48-hour diagnostic process.

No deliverable is provided during the intake call itself. The diagnostic work begins after the intake call concludes.

Delivery timelines are based on business days and assume timely completion of required Client inputs.

Article 7: No Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, including immediate access to proprietary systems, processes, and scheduling, all sales are final.

Once the intake questionnaire is accessed or the intake call is scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

Article 8: Limitation of Liability

Dimension Seven Systems provides strategic diagnostics and execution guidance based on information supplied by the Client.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results. The Client remains fully responsible for implementation decisions and business outcomes.

Under no circumstances shall Dimension Seven Systems be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Article 9: Personal Data Protection

Dimension Seven Systems collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of delivering its services.

Client data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information is never sold.

Clients may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the link provided in our emails.

Article 10: Governing Law

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
